But I think the original request was for non-CCS approved HP boxes. The current discontinued MCS-7845v2 specs are about double the cost of a current spec'ed model. My HP rep couldn't believe I was buying this over the current specs at double the cost. So basically, double the cost and at half the performance. :(

---
Lelio Fulgenzi, B.A.
Senior Analyst (CCS) * University of Guelph * Guelph, Ontario N1G 2W1
(519) 824-4120 x56354 (519) 767-1060 FAX (JNHN)
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
"Bad grammar makes me [sic]" - Tshirt

----- Original Message -----
From: "Ed Leatherman" <ealeatherman@gmail.com>
To: "James Liakos" <jliakos@csr.com.au>
Cc: "Hiroshi Omori" <HOmori@cts.ucla.edu>, "cisco voip" <cisco-voip@puck.nether.net>
Sent: Wednesday, February 18, 2009 9:03:01 PM GMT -05:00 US/Canada Eastern
Subject: Re: [cisco-voip] Is anyone using using a non-Cisco approved server forCUCM?

I'm getting ready to replace 3 of my 7845's that are going
end-of-support with HP's.
