voicenoob,<br><br>Did you use ESX or ESXi? I've been trying to install CUCM7 in ESXi on an intel box with a gig of memory and an 80gb drive setup for the install. It completed the install and I can login to the console and even ping the publisher's IP, but I am unable to get to it with a browser at all.<br>
<br>Is there a trick to addressing in ESXi beyond just assigning an IP to the pubilsher during the install? The management IP of the ESXi box is <a href="http://192.168.1.65/24">192.168.1.65/24</a> and the publisher is <a href="http://192.168.1.66/24">192.168.1.66/24</a>. <br>

Actually yes, a friend of mine was installing 7.0 on VMware and it works and we
were shocked for this but seems that it is working normally, but as I am
preparing for CCIE current blueprint and I am using 4.1 version but anyway it
is a good thing that Vmware is working with current version.<br>

Regarding the Demo version I think it is the NFR that is orderable for Advanced
unified communication partners and it is really amazing it includes a lot of
software pack. (software only) with only 275$; yet I think same cisco
restriction regarding the platform is still the same.<br>
<br>
Anyone tried unity connection, IPCC, presence server on VMware??<br>

I think it would be useful for training and Lab purpose if cisco supported...we
are not concerned about system performance or what so ever we just need to have
a couple of virtual machines on a single server to reduce lab costs and to
always be able to revert to a clean machine state ...I even tried to
install CM on vmware on a supported platform but the installation detects that
it is a VMware and refuses to install.<br>
