Hi,

I believe the voyager has a base station that can be plugged into any normal headphone jack.. i.e. your 7965

What issue are they actually having?

Is it working at all? If not.. there are 2 types of cables.. 1 to be used for headsets with external amps.. and 1 that can be used with phones that have built in amps (i.e. your 796x)

Also the manual that comes with the headset has a setup guide that should be followed step by step.

Cheers,

Tim

On Thu, Feb 26, 2009 at 10:01 AM, Kathy Tarkington <ktarkington@gmail.com> wrote:
I have a user who is using a Plantronics Voyager 510 with a 7965 phone and is having issues with it. I'm still researching this but I'm not clear yet on how she's able to use a Bluetooth headset with this phone since I didn't think BT was supported with it.
