In ccm4 there used to be a service parameter for personal address book
(PAB) "outside access dial code" for PAB = (set 0 or 9). But I can't
see it in CCM5/6.<br>
so user only put normal number in PAB and that parameter used to prefix outside dialing access code "0 or 1".<br>

what is this parameter in CCM5/6?<br>
