Are inbound calls from the SIP trunk presented to the same CM server
where phones are registered or is it a different CM server?

Also, how are the inbound calls routed to phones? Are they DIDs or are
they distributed by something like Attendant Console, the
huntpilot/huntlist/linegroup feature of CM, or possibly IPCC?
type="cite">Hi Jason, thanks for shown interest and sorry for the late
response. To answer you, yes hold, resume, forward and all of the
options work just fine, but pickup isn't. I sniffed with wireshark, and
it seems like when you press pickup it disconnects and if you are
dialing from a mobile network it displays "Connection Error" on the
mobile display. by the way my CUCM is MTP for external calls.

Any other ideas? I've opened TAC case but is going very slowly, and my
customer is getting anxious (it's one of the biggest banks in my
country)
Does hold and resume work with external calls?

If not, then start there. Looking at the SIP Messages in the CCM traces
is a good place to start. If you want to tinker you can try requiring
an MTP so that you don't need to renegotiate the media mid call to the
SIP Provider.

Hi,
Once again I need some help,
I have, CUCM 6.1, which is connected through a SIP trunk to my ISP and
I have problem with Call PickUp group.
PickUp is working fine for internal calls, but when i have some call
from outside and i try to Pick Up call it hangs up.
Is there some limitation for SIP trunks maybe, or maybe somebody
already had this problem.
