Are you making sure to select the call (You have to expand the agent, should be under "Logs")<br><br>If you don't select the call and only select the Agent, these options will be unavailable. <br><br><div class="gmail_quote">

I have installed the CAD 7.2 with ICM 7.2, CVP 7.0 and CM 6.1. Now in CAD supervisor we are facing the issue that barge-in and intercept button is disabled. any one can have idea how to cope with this problem.<br>
