straight upgrade on three servers for now, without starting from scratch and
having to use the DIRT backup to repopulate all of the configs and user
data. We plan on refreshing the servers in the Fall, but for now we are
simply trying to upgrade in advance of the upgrade on the Exchange side (to
2007) which we are planning in another month or so. There is nothing in
the official Cisco documentation that discourages use of Windows 2000 and it has
been verified by TAC as OK.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>
