while the call is active press the "i" or "?" button twice. that shows
packets recived and transmitted. if the phone at the 871 site is
transmitting packets then it's a problem in the network between the
phone and central site.
For the vpn tunnel are you nat'ing? If not, do you have fixup and
inspection disabled on both the ASA and 871.

I hit the list a wekk ago, but then I got swamped with other stuff. So
I'm back now... here's the situation...

I have a Cisco 871 and ASA5520 IPSEC Tunnel. The ASA5520 is not being
used for anything other than this tunnel right now and it's located on
site with the call manager. The 871 is configured for the satellite
office, and we have a Cisco 7961 in that site. Bandwidth is a
non-issue.

The phone is connecting to the call manager without issue. Looks
completely normal on the display, gets voice mail notifications, and
checking voice mail is not an issue. Calls are connected no problem,
and you can hear the person on the other side of the call, but they
cannot hear you. It's very consistant.

So the voice traffic coming from the ASA side is working fine, but
coming from the 871 side it's not getting through. Any ideas?
