<div dir="ltr"><font size="2" face="tahoma">I have the Hunt Pilot, Hunt List and Line group set up. If I dial the number, the phones each ring 3 times as they should. </font></div>

<div dir="ltr"><font size="2" face="tahoma">However, when I set the Hunt Pilot to forward to the call handler, I get the Unity greeting instead of my call handler.</font></div>

<div dir="ltr"><font size="2" face="tahoma">I have tested my setup by replacing the forwarding number in the Hunt Pilot to another extension, and it works. So my issue is somehow related to forwarding a Hunt Pilot to a Call Handler.</font></div>

<div dir="ltr"><font size="2" face="tahoma">I have already setup a CTI for the call handler and a DN. I can dial the DN (2601) and I get my call handler menu as I expect. But when I put 2601 in the Hunt Pilot "forward hunt no answer", it gets the Unity greeting.</font></div>
