<p class=MsoNormal>I am in the process of migrating from Unity to Unity
Connection. Both systems are online and integrated to the callmanager
cluster for user acceptance testing. For a few days, we had both systems
running a nightly MWI resync. The unity system ran at 1am (turning on
some lights appropriately), and unity connection at 3am (turning off lights for
all users because it is non-prod).<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>For some reason, the unity system quit updating MWI lights,
at least for some users, until I ran a manual resync. It was running the
nightly scheduled resync correctly, but it wasn’t turning the light on
after new message was left. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Is there any mechanism that MWI can’t be turned on by
one voicemail system if turned off by another voicemail system? I don’t
think so, and can’t find anything to that affect, but due to the politics
in play it can’t hurt to triple check by asking the group…<o:p></o:p></p>
