<span class="Apple-style-span" style="border-collapse: collapse; "><div>Cisco Unity has the same problem. The way to resolve it in Unity is to send the caller to one call handler that simply transfers to the greeting for another call handler. The first call handler only exists to transfer calls. In this scenario, "Sorry" is no longer played.</div>
<div><br></div><div>I expect that Unity Connection is probably the same.</div><div><br></div><div>============================================================</div><div><br></div>I have set up Unity Connection 2, version 2.1.2.1000-380, in a lab. I created a new Direct Routing Rule called 'Company' that sends incoming external calls to a Call Handler called 'New Company Greeting' and recorded a greeting "You have reached ABC Compnay ...". However, when a call comes in, Unity Connection is playing the word "Sorry" first and then the greeting, so you hear "Sorry, you have reached ABC Company ...". I can't figure out where the "Sorry" is coming from and how to stop it. Appreciate any help with this.<br>
