We are currently using Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Express which
is tied into our Exchange environment so if a user schedules a meeting through
MP it automatically creates a meeting in their calendar. What we are looking
for is a way to tie all of the MP scheduled meetings into a calendar that
anyone can look at and see that there is a meeting scheduled. Is this even
possible? I know we can go to the MP URL and see meetings, but it would be a
lot easier for our users to open up an Outlook calendar and look at meetings
there. Any guidance would be appreciated.
