12.0pt'>In the Mail Parameters, I’ve tried different user accounts, fully
qualified domain names, etc with no luck. I’ve seen Cisco docs that
are referenced for this issue, but they’re more accurately for problems
running the reports (which I can do) and really apply to 4.1 versions. And
they’ve been no help.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
