The Last= reason is usually reported from the phone to state from the
phone's perspective the reason for unregistration.
KeepAliveTO means the phone did not receive a KeepAliveACK from the
CME. This could be due to network connectivity problem or due to
something amiss in CME where it does not properly respond to SCCP KA.

CM-closed-TCP means the phone received a TCP FIN or TCP RST for the TCP
session to CME on port 2000. This too can be caused by issues in CME
or by some device in the network between CME and phone, especially any
type of firewall or IDS system.

Most likely you have a device in the network that is TCP aware that is
interfering with IP traffic.

This mainly happens on 1 phone but has also happened on other phone
before, which I have seem myself.

What I saw was that the phones were registering and then unregistering,
it's like they were in a loop. I'm not sure that if this is the same
problem or not, but the user wouldn't be unplugging the phone.

Could it be an issue with the phone loads?

Thanks

Hey guys,

I have CME (Version 4.0(3)) running on a 2811 (Version 12.4(4)XC6) and
every now and then some on the phone unregistered abnormally?

Here is what references I see in the logs:
%IPPHONE-6-UNREGISTER_ABNORMAL: ephone-1:SEPMAC IP:X.X.X.X Socket:5
DeviceType:Phone has unregistered abnormally.
%IPPHONE-6-REG_ALARM: 14: Name=SEPMAC Load= SCCP41.8-0-4SR2S
Last=CM-closed-TCP
%IPPHONE-6-REG_ALARM: 17: Name=SEPMAC Load= SCCP41.8-0-4SR2S
Last=KeepaliveTO

Has anyone had the same or similar problems?

Thanks
