Under Service Parameters - setting "Alway Use Prime Line" to "False"
did the job! It is a service wide parameter.

I am going to look at a field under Product Specific Configuration
Layout for each phone - there is a field called "Auto Line Select" -
anyone know if that may also work for this? I would really like to
change this phone by phone but if not the Service Parameters option is
better set to False for me if I cannot change it phone by phone.

Thanks for all of your help.
