what I was trying to do.&nbsp; I had found that link before but it was not quite
clear.&nbsp; I first took a chance and added the os7940.txt file to my callmanager
tftp path.&nbsp; That did not work.&nbsp; We looked in the logs and found that it was
actually looking for the os79xx.txt file, changed the name (the file contains
the proper firmware name) and works like a champ.&nbsp; I would have bet money all
day long that when they said os79xx, they wanted you to fill in your model of
phone.&nbsp; Not in this case.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

and it says phone unprovisioned.&nbsp; Since the &#8220;SIP
Configuration&#8221; option is still under settings, I assume it still thinks
its SIP somewhere.&nbsp; Maybe this will go away once it pulls the correct SCCP
image, but I still don&#8217;t know how to make it do that. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
