I wasn't expecting to have to buy anything. I thought I could program a line
to auto pick up on speaker phone once it is dialed or something similar to
that. The operation is not large enough for another investment in another

department as we migrate from Centrex to VoIP.

Our Printing Services area uses a speaker/intercom currently so that when they
press the "intercom" button - they automatically go to speaker phone
on every phone to make an announcement (like "John Smith on line 1 for
Kevin"). Ideally, in addition to this announcement they would like
to be able to say something like "Kevin - pick up on intercom" while
they hold and wait for Kevin to get to the intercom that they are on and pick
up to speak with them.
