I wasn't expecting to have to buy anything. I thought I could program a
line to auto pick up on speaker phone once it is dialed or something similar to
that. The operation is not large enough for another investment in another

from a department as we migrate from Centrex to VoIP.<br>

Our Printing Services area uses a speaker/intercom currently so that when they
press the "intercom" button - they automatically go to speaker phone
on every phone to make an announcement (like "John Smith on line 1 for
Kevin"). Ideally, in addition to this announcement they would like
to be able to say something like "Kevin - pick up on intercom" while they
hold and wait for Kevin to get to the intercom that they are on and pick up to
speak with them.<br>
