Hello All,

I have cisco CRS ver 4.1. The problem I am getting is some where in the sequence of the scripting.

The script works as follows:

When I dial the IVR number the Greeting prompt starts and then it asks to Dial 1

for the English, number 2 for the French or dial the extension number you wish to reach.

Then I have branches in the English and French main menu which are as follows:

1 for the marketing

2 for the sales.

The problem startes from here, when some dials the IVR number and press 2209

which is the extension number he wish to reach, then instead of going to this extension

it takes the number 2 from the French menu and then another number 2 to the Sales department. (2 for French and 2 for Sales and discards 09)

I have no idea how to fix this. Could any one help me out on this.

Thanking you all

Regards,
