how are you forwarding it somewhere else but also assigning it to someone else?

I'm guessing your issue is a CSS / Partition issue.

Hello All,

I have a strange issue I need some help with. I had a site that had 3 people on location. We had staff reduction and we removed the main receptionist. Then we removed her phone and assigned it elsewhere. I removed the extensions off her phone. Well this is where it gets interesting. I had a translation in call manager that stated when someone calls this certain number it goes to extension 3300. Since I deleted the phone I just assigned the phone number to someone at the site. Well know the number just rings busy. I can call out of the router to my cell phone so to me the router is doing what it is supposed to do.

I am just wondering if I am missing something in call manager?

Thanks,
