<p class="MsoNormal">Excuse my ignorance, but if I have 10 users in a call center
and a dialer app that needs 1.5 the number of users to dn’s for calling.<span style="">  </span>In total I am looking at 30 dn’s.<span style="">  </span>Is it fair to say I will need two T1 pri’s to
handle up to 30 calls at once?<span style="">  </span>Or can I
get away with 20 active calls across the PSTN? </p>
