That worked as long as I remove the phone number from the Route Group setting and leave that field blank. Looks like it’s an all or nothing so I’ll have to set up the DNs at every phone at a particular location with the number they want to display on caller ID. A little more housekeeping but it will work.<BR>

</SPAN><FONT SIZE="4"><SPAN STYLE='font-size:13.0px'><B>If you read the description for the External Phone Number Mask setting on the directory number setup, it seems to indicate that if you put a number in there, that is what will be sent for caller ID on an outbound call. I have found that not to be the case unless there is a setting elsewhere that must be configured to allow that to happen. We have a setting under Route List --> Route Group that seems to override the DN setup setting. However, if I remove that number, then it sends out the extension number for caller ID and not the information in the External Phone Number Mask setting. We are looking for a way for each person to send out their DID as the calling party information for caller ID instead of a general number. Wonder now if that is possible.<BR>
