<p class=MsoNormal>I am using CUBAC for my console software. The software uses
several CTI ports to do the call control for the operator. It uses
a “template” device to create all of the CTI ports. On this
template device I have configured the device and line settings. On the line I
have the display as “operator”. When a call is answered by
the operator and then she does a blind transfer to an extension it shows the
inbound caller-id to the person being transferred to as operator. It does
not show the original caller-id as it would with a normal blind transfer. It
seems that even though the real operator is done with the call it actually
places the call from the CTI ports to the transferred person. The customer is
not happy with this at all and wants it to show the original external caller-id
which is what the operator sees. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>This is also how UCCX works with the CTI ports so if there
is a way to make it work from an agent to an internal user I could follow the
same procedure. So if anyone knows how to make the original caller-id show up
on a transferred call from UCCX to an internal DN that should also resolve my
