<br>I have a site where almost everyone is hiding behind 1 number using the external number mask (with the route pattern/group/list having the "use external number mask" checked). All their phones display the mask and not the primary phone line number. I tested my phone and changing the mask (which was the same as my real number) changes that field. <br clear="all">
<br>The behaviour I'm seeing seems to contradict the manual. Is there another setting somewhere that might be changing it?
