Ed,<br><br>That&#39;s correct, for each subscriber that will be running MoH you&#39;ll need to upload the files manually. The MoH instructions go over this requirement and give the steps.<br><br>In CallManager 4.X the IPVMSApp service on each subscriber would grab the files using TFTP from the publisher. That&#39;s why the IPVMSApp service parameters had a section for the TFTP address of the publisher. I don&#39;t know why we this isn&#39;t done anymore in later versions.<br>

You need to load them on each CM seperately. just log into your MOH<br>
nodes <a href="http://ip/ccmadmin" target="_blank">http://ip/ccmadmin</a> and load it thru the MoH file management menu<br>
(forget the exact menu). and then restart tftp ofcourse. At least,<br>
thats how it works with version 5<br>
