<p class=MsoNormal>I have two problems with the CUBAC software. First is I have
one user whose phone status is not updating in the software. It is only one
user that this is happening to. The second is that it keeps listing old users
in the directory that have been deleted. The users do not have phones and they
do not show up in the directory in call manager but they still show in the
CUBAC software. Is there a file or some way I can force the directory to
refresh on the client side? <o:p></o:p></p>
