We found that the order of reboots was based on the following dependencies:<br><br>domain controller > partner exchange > secondary exchange > unity<br><br>Unity can be rebooted on it's own since nothing depended on it, however if you rebooted the partner exchange you had to reboot the secondary exchange, then after that was up reboot unity.<br><br>Plus we found we were better off waiting at least five minutes after the servers were completely up before initiating the next reboot.
