<table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0" ><tr><td valign="top" style="font: inherit;"><DIV>Is it possible to have attendent console installed in second machine for load balancing purpose. Sometimes we get too many calls making it hard for one person to handle them so want to have 2nd person handle some of the calls. I would really appreciate to know if it involves any special configuration issues.</DIV>
