the status only updates when < 10 results are returned<br>
the status inquiry uses udp to cucm server. both pc and network
firewalls frequently block this udp traffic.<br>
is this a new deployment or did it stop working?<br>
what do you see in packet captures, ac client side traces, or server

able to see the phone user's status under the corporate directory while
looking for someone. It is always? mark instead of phone status in
