Hey guys,<br><br>I need some urgent help regarding the Pickup button with CME.<br><br>Is it possible pickup calls within your default group by just pressing the Pickup button, as at the moment when the Pickup button is pressed the extension needs to entered to pickup that call. <br>

<br>I&#39;m surprised that the Pickup button doesnt just pickup the call in that group by default?<br><br>Thanks.<br>
