<div>Hi All,</div>
<div> </div>
<div>I’m trying to figure out why the TCL is taking more than usual 2 CNG cycles (9 sec) to detect the tone. After connecting to the VM I can hear the fax send the CNG tone every 3 sec approximately. However it takes almost 8-10 cycles to get the tone detected
at Cisco end. I looked at the debugs for one call and it was about 33 sec. This is not something uniform and the time varies from call to call (same fax but multiple calls), between 25-35 sec.</div>
