<DIV> When video is enabled on a phone and a standard call is placed out an H323 gateway the bearer capability in the call setup message is set up as "Unrestricted Digital" as opposed to a "Speech" bearer capability. Calls to cell phones via Sprint are being rejected and calls to non cell phones complete without ring back. Calls to cell phones via Verizon complete but calls to non cell phone occasionally do not receive ring back.
