Calls to cell phones via Sprint are being rejected and calls to non cell phones complete without ring back. Calls to cell phones via Verizon complete but calls to non cell phone occasionally do not receive ring back. This only effects Cisco IP telephone users with video capability enabled that use H323 gateways not MGCP gateways.<BR>
