You can create a cti route point that' s forwarded to vm and define that extension as the forward no answer destination for the hunt pilot. Keep in mind, on ucm 5 and higher you need to assign a forward css on the hunt pilot or you'll get the telco error you're currently hearing.<br><br>hth </span><br><br><hr><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Tahoma; font-weight:bold">From: </span><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Tahoma; font-weight:normal;">David <cosmicmessenger@comcast.net></span><br><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Tahoma; font-weight:bold">Sent: </span><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Tahoma; font-weight:normal;">Sunday, April 26, 2009 3:15 PM</span><br><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Tahoma; font-weight:bold">To: </span><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Tahoma; font-weight:normal;">Cisco Voyp List <cisco-voip@puck.nether.net></span><br><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Tahoma; font-weight:bold">Subject: </span><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Tahoma; font-weight:normal;">[cisco-voip] Hunt List & Voice Mail</span><br><br><div><div><font face="Arial" size="2">Hi, all:</font></div><div><font face="Arial" size="2"></font> </div><div><font face="Arial" size="2">I have what I believe should be a simple request, but Cisco TAC is making it what I think is overly complicated and it caused a 'Temp Fail' on my Unity Connection.</font></div><div><font face="Arial" size="2"></font> </div><div><font face="Arial" size="2">I hava a DID, which hits a Translation Pattern.
