volume for a day) – I would think it would be fairly easy to span the
port on one of your “frequent droppers” and get a packet capture as
well as digging into some “detailed” CallManager traces.
These combined should give you an idea on which end is initiating the disconnect.
If you are unfamiliar with either of these – the suggestion to contact
TAC is your best bet – they’ll get to the bottom of it with you.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
