<tt>Hi, i have a 7915 running 5.0(4).<br>
After i bought the appropriate UCSS software i ordered an upgrade from
the current version to 6.1.3a.<br>
I received 3 DVDs.<br>
One of them was : upgrade from CUCM 5.X to 6.1.3a.<br>
I also, generated the necessary node license file for the 6.1 version.<br>
When i inserted the DVD in the drive, i navigated to the Operation
System, upgrade.<br>
The DVD uploaded, i checked the MD5 and continued but after 20 minuted
of untarring and unpacking, i got the message:<br>
<b>upgrade file- upgrade from 5.0.4-2XXX-X to 6.1.3a is not supported!</b><br>
<br>
Can anyone tell me since it is not supported, why i got the cd from
cisco saying upgrade from 5.X to 6.1.3a?<br>
And what is the adviced path to go from 5.0.x to 6.1.3a?<br>
5.0->5.1->6.1?<br>
or<br>
5.0->6.0->6.1?<br>

How can this media be requested?<br>
