The group names changed in CCM 5.x and up<br><br>Make sure she is a member of "Standard CCM Admin Users" . or "Standard CCM Super Users"<br><br>The group CCMAdmin was most likely carried over from the 4.x upgrade<br>

613 I have a user who although she is in the CCMAdmin user group she is unable
to “add” hunt lists or hunt pilots. She has full access to line groups and
every other CCM function but not HL or HP. </span></p>
