Cisco doc is a little confusing. I’ve checked the “System/Services/Clusterwide
Parameters(Feature – Call Pickup” and Auto Call Pickup Enabled is
equal to True. We’ve created call pickup groups and users are stating
that they’re not able to pick up calls on phones in the same group. The
process we received is as follows:</span></font></p>
