I am using the samaccountname attribute, which I thought would have been ok.<br><br>Could you please add some more information as to what I should be looking from in the capture, I can see LDAP request, but I not sure what I'm looking for?<br>

What attribute did you map to UserID in the lap configuration? If you picked something like TelephoneNumber make sure that attribute is set.<br>

Otherwise the packet capture will tell you what attributes we are requesting for and what attributes AD is returning.<br><font color="#888888">

Take a packet capture at your AD server and look for ldap traffic. You can also look at the DirSync traces on the CUCM publisher. Also be sure the DirSync service is activated and running.<br>
