and verify what callmanager the phone is “homed” to. If you have
ever added any custom ringtones were they properly uploaded to both
callmanagers? It is not uncommon for someone to upload a custom ringtone to
only one server. If the phone in question was using a custom ringtone and then
homed to a server that did not have that same custom ringtone available, I
believe it defaults to the standard ringtone.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

the building the Subscriber is in also had a loss of power.<br>

We are running version 6.1.1. I am assuming the power outage caused the
rings to change back to default. I am just wondering if that is
normal. I don't understand why that setting would not be stored.<br>
