We have a UPS but it drained. I also found out that the building the
Subscriber is in also had a loss of power.
We are running version 6.1.1. I am assuming the power outage caused
the rings to change back to default. I am just wondering if that is
normal. I don't understand why that setting would not be stored.

Not to veer too far off topic but don't you have a UPS to keep your publisher running for enough time for you to do a clean shutdown? I guess if you're not located close enough to the facility it wouldn't have mattered anyway.
Also, you have not given any details about the version of CCM. It sounds like you only have two boxes in your cluster.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Ring setting lost?
We had a major power outage over the weekend and everything came back
up and running. Our Publisher is in the building where the power
outage occurred. The Subscriber is in another building and is supposed
to serve as backup for power outages.
So far only one group has called this morning to say their ring tone
they chose have all been set back to default.
Any ideas why???
