>From what I was reading, results were pretty dependent on the software you used. Best to find one specifically designed for UCM (sorry, I cant name any off the top of my head); I know some people got NICE and Witness to work but with mixed and varied results.<br>

</div>Yes, you are correct - you still need a recording server. CallManager<br>
simply sends the duplicate stream (forked audio) via a SIP trunk to<br>
the recording server.<br>
