<div>Looking to add a customer service type group that users login to answer calls from customers. 2-3 users in the office would login when available. If no one is logged in the call will be sent to an IPCC script to route to field techs. I would prefer
not to use IPCC for the people in the office. We are running CM 4.2(3) (Upgrading shortly). Any assistance would be appreciated.</div>
