<p class="MsoNormal"><font size="2" face="Arial"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial;">I have voice quality issue on the Cisco IP phone. There is a
cracking sound, and after hang up and redial the same number(PSTN call), the
crackling disappears. Both Inbound and outbound calls.</span></font></p>
