we typically use a call handler for this (Like Lelio said, so it doesn't tie up a license), but you could create a mailbox then on the greetings tab in the After Greeting section move the dot from "take a message" to "send caller to: Hang Up"<br>

For internal callers, they can leave a message, but it will bounce back to them.<br>
