Hello,

I have a user with unity vm – seemly set up like all
the other vm users, however, messages are not getting to the vm box.

I have checked and double checked all settings and have even
deleted him as a user and brought it all back with no success.

We can access unity, his greetings are in place, it sounds
as if the message is being recorded, I can listen to the message, press 1 to
send the message but it is never delivered. I can send the caller to
another extension after the greeting and that works.

Where could the messages be going?

Any ideas?

Thanks, Patty
