hunt groups. But if you’re using extension mobility there is a work around. For
each user you want to allow login to the hunt group setup two user device

customers. 2-3 users in the office would login when available. If
no one is logged in the call will be sent to an IPCC script to route to field
techs. I would prefer not to use IPCC for the people in the office.
