on a 6.1.2.1002-1 CUCM i have navigated to the web os admin page and gone to
Software Upgrades -> Software Installation/upgrade.<br>
I choose cd/DVD, enter "/" in Directory press next and :<br>
1. in Mozilla Firefox 3.0.10 nothing happens<br>
2. in IE8 - i get down to the left error on page<br>
<br>
When i choose a working SFTP that i have for the backup, i enter all the
appropriate info and when i press <b>next</b> i have the same response.<br>
<br>
Any ideas on that?<br>
