<table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0" ><tr><td valign="top" style="font: inherit;">Dear All,<br><br>While trying to install the module "cmterm-IPComm-directorywizard.cop.sgn" on CUCM v 6.0.1 via the software upgrade option I've done the following steps (I used the physical drive of the server) :<br>- copy the file on a CD<br>- choose CD/DVD option<br>- set the directory to "/mnt/cdrom/"<br>The first step goes ahead successfully, but after that I face this error message "the file or directory could not be located"<br><br>Would u pls help me with that?<br><br>Thanks.<br>Maryam.<br></td></tr></table><br>
