i have a CRS engine 5.02 working with a CUCM 6.1.<br>

Once i set the config up and running, the customer wanted to have an

external ldap for the end users.<br>

As soon as we configured LDAP, the crs admin couldn't login anymore

(even though we had the same user created in LDAP).<br>

I have to run the restore procedure on the crs using the CET command.<br>

After that, i was able to select new admin users from the CUCM end

users field.<br>

After several months, the customer had the ldap crashed, so we get back

to local end users on the cucm (the crs admin user was created with the

same credentials).<br>

The crs admin users once more could not login!<br>

We have to run again cet command etc...<br>

Is this behavior normal?<br>

Why do i have to do that every time the end user db scheme changes?<br>
